I'm a wife and momma to three beautiful boys and I always have a coffee (heavy on the cream and sugar) in my hand.
I'm so glad you're here! While I spend so much of my time loving on my sweet couples, there's so much more about me that you should know.
First things first, I'm a wife to my high school sweetheart and a momma to three beautiful little boys. I try not to talk about them TOO much, but they're too cute not to bring up in conversations.
I'm a lover of chicken minis and cookies and cream milkshakes... and basically all the sweets. I watch the same four shows on repeat: Friends, Gilmore Girls, Greys Anatomy, and Jane the Virgin. Go watch them all so we can chat about them! Read on to find out a few more things about me!
I was a cashier and he was my bagger, but by the end of the summer, he was my best friend. I still remember staring at him from across the store and thinking how cute his curly hair and button nose were. Then, he played the guitar for me for the first time and I was his. I'm still taken back to that moment every time he plays.
That first year was spent walking each other to class and then working together after school. And on our days off, he would take me on the four wheeler, out fishing, or to one of his huge family's events It's still crazy to think that twelve years ago, I had just met my future husband and father of my children.

After high school, Cole joined the Marine Corps while I went to our local community college so that I could be home any chance he got to come home. On our third dating anniversary, Cole proposed on the beach and we did our wedding planning over the next year living four hours apart.
On our four year anniversary, and after living four hours away for three years, we were finally MARRIED! It was the best day!

After our wedding, we went on our honeymoon to Key West and kicked off the start of our marriage in the BEST way. After that, we finally got to move in together and spent that first year on the NC coast.
in 2016, we moved back to our hometown and started building our first house with our two pups, Harley and Dixie. In June of 2017, we moved into our first house and a few weeks later, found out we were pregnant with our baby boy, Kyle.

In March of 2018, we had the best day yet - the day our first baby was born. Watching him learn and grow over the past three years has definitely been the highlight of my life. It's also so fun every time someone new sees him and tells us how much he looks like me! I love having my own little twin!
Likewise, watching Cole become the BEST Da-Da to our boys has been absolutely incredible. His fun and playfulness and his patience with what was once two-under-two blows me away every single day.

When Kyle was one year old, we started noticing some delays and started talking to his pediatrician about it. At 15 months, he had his first evaluation where they let us know that he was significantly delayed. He started speech and occupational therapy two times a week after that.
We also started trying for baby #2 when Kyle turned one year old and got pregnant on the first try this time! I was actually just three weeks pregnant with Baby Luke in this photo!

In January of 2020, we had our next best day when our youngest baby, Luke was born. He was the brightest light in such a hard year and we know God gave him to us at the most perfect time.
He is his daddy's twin and loves trying to play with big brother and copies his every move.
Watching Kyle become a big brother has been the sweetest thing, even if he doesn't always understand the things baby brother does.

A few months after Luke was born, Kyle was officially diagnosed with Autism. Because of his delays, we expected the diagnosis, but didn't quite expect the severity of it. Autism Spectrum Disorder is diagnosed on a scale of 1-3, and Kyle was diagnosed as a 3 which is more severe.
His diagnosis affects our daily lives in a pretty big way, which is what makes me even more thankful to have such a flexible job which gives me the opportunity to be with him so much of the week. Kyle was nonverbal until around the time he turned 4 and I can't even begin to explain the joy in watching him thrive over the last few years. There was a time where we didn't know if he would ever talk, and in June 2024, he graduated kindergarten. He is such an amazing kid and God has truly blessed us.

We sold our house in August of 2020 and bought ten acres of land to build our forever home. In December of 2021, we moved in and have loved every minute in the house we dreamed so much about.
Between riding the four wheeler around our land, spending Summer nights on the porch or buy the creek, or winter nights inside in front of the fire, this house is every bit of what we dreamed up years ago.

In March of 2022, we welcomed our last baby boy, Jace, into the world. He's the perfect mix between both of his brothers and already knows how to keep us on our toes! We also learned very quickly that Luke was MADE to be a big brother! Poor Jace spends all day getting kisses and cuddles from his big brother!
With our oldest in Pre-school, our middle child in daycare and our youngest home with me, life can be a little chaotic, but our little family is what fuels me to be better every single day. I can't thank God enough for this wonderful little family of mine!

From high school sweethearts to raising a family of our own and running our own business - there's no one else in the world I'd rather do it all with.
While Cole isn't always able to work weddings with me, it's become a goal for us over the past year to transition our business to a husband-wife team and he's been shooting more and more with me. He's not only a great photographer, but he's great to have around to hang out with the guys and he's becoming an expert dress fluffer. If we're lucky, he'll get to be a part of your day as well!

Cole's favorite things include hunting, fishing, and having a beer by a bonfire. You'll often find him using his smoker to make us dinner or playing the newest song he's learned on his guitar. He's also an expert wedding dress hanger!
Kate's favorite things include getting a mani/pedi and going down every aisle at Target and dreaming up lots of house projects for Cole to tackle! You'll often find her curled up with a soft blanket and a cup of coffee, doing her Bible study.
Kyle's favorite things include swimming (our little fish!), playing any Mario game on the Switch, and watching his favorite youtubers. You'll often find him eating pizza rolls with his favorite blanket.
Luke's favorite things include playing doctor, watching Paw Patrol, and dressing up as his favorite super hero- Spiderman. You'll often find him eating chicken nuggets while painting #allthethings.
Jace's favorite things include playing on the playgound, eating literally EVERYTHING, and playing/watching anything with dinosaurs. You'll often find him chasing his big brothers around copying their every move.
While we may be total homebodies most of the time, it's so fun to do something new and exciting for a photo session. I don't have favorite clients, but if I did, it would probably include an adventure - like going to the beach, the mountains, or maybe even Charleston?
