Everyone knows that I love high school sweethearts because that’s how mine and Cole’s story started, but college sweethearts have a special bond as well. There’s something so sweet about starting your relationship so young and learning to love and grow together. In college, you’re still figuring out exactly what you want to do with your life, and trying to figure out how to make it a reality. Throw in starting a relationship and you’ve got a whole lot going on! I feel like college is one of the most stressful times of your life, and if you have someone that is there for you for all that college throws at you, they can be there for anything!

Sydney and David fell in love over their mutual love for children and if you have two people that love working with children, you know they’ve got a lot of patience! Sydney is even a teacher now, and hopefully this blog post boosts her spirits a little with everything that’s been going on with the cornavirus. They wanted to do their engagement session at the place where they fell in love, NC State University, and I was all for it!

After spending the first half of their engagement session on campus, we decided to head over to NC State’s Howling Cow Dairy Education Center and Creamery for some ice cream!
