Aaron and Katie are high school sweethearts that are finally tying the knot next year and I. CAN’T. WAIT.

Every once in awhile I get a couple that reminds me so much of Cole and I that I feel like we’re best friends right away. Katie and Aaron are absolutely that couple. Of course, high school sweethearts always have a special place in my heart since Cole and I started dating when we were sixteen, but this couple is so much more than that! While I definitely feel like Katie and I are a lot alike (including our names), what really struck me was how much Aaron reminded me of Cole… and that’s not a compliment I give out too often. Cole is as southern as they come, dare I even say, a little redneck (in a good way!), and in the eight years we’ve been together, has never stopped striving to make me happy. From the little bit of time I got to spend with Katie and Aaron, I could absolutely tell that his main goal is to make Katie happy – after all, happy wife, happy life right?

This is definitely one couple that I can’t wait to photography on their wedding day!
