Where do I even start with these two?!

If you’re one of my past brides, there’s a good chance you recognize this sweet friend of mine. Casey has been my main second shooter since the start of my business and has been with me for so many wedding days, but we go way further back than that. We first met when we worked together at Texas Roadhouse in 2013 (Eight years going strong, Casey!), then we had a few college classes together and now she’s one of my best friends! She’s the best person to have in your corner. She actually amazes me how it’s like she can sense when I’m having a hard day and text me out of the blue with the sweetest messages. She’s one of the few people who I can completely open up with and I treasure her friendship so much. It’s so rare to find someone who accepts you and all of your flaws and that’s exactly the kind of person she is. As gorgeous as she is on the outside, she may be even more beautiful on the inside.

Walton, while I haven’t gotten to spend too much time with you yet, the way you loo at my sweet friend makes my heart melt. The fact that you put the biggest smile on her face and had to deal with both of us for TWO engagement sessions – well you’re a keeper just for doing that with a smile! You driving us around in the rain for two hours trying to find any spot that wasn’t raining just for the perfect photos tells me all I need to know about you. You’re so kind and patient and clearly do all you can to make Casey happy. As lucky as you are to have Casey, I can already tell how lucky she is to have you too. Now, can June 2022 get here like NOW?!

Walton and Casey’s engagement session will be split into two parts because the first half of it we got rained out and the sun came out for about 20 minutes right when we were able to use the boat! The other half of their downtown Pinehurst session will be up later this week! Until then, here’s a few of my favorite engagement pictures EVER. Of course, I may be a little biased. 😉
